HOW TO USE
1) Begin at the minimum resistance (0) and start breathing in. Then, exhale into the device gently.
2) Do it 3-10 times then breathe in until your lungs are at full capacity.
3) Take breaks between repetitions if needed. In total it is recommended to do 10-20 repetitions.
4) Please note at any signs of pailful sensations, stop using the device and contact the manufacturer.
